A very good talk from Ingmar and André (@vdandre) about ImmobilienScout24′s the road to devops and about the devops mindset and it’s building blocks. Two sentences I really liked are “Dude, you’re on the same team” and “The tool is you”.

After a long nice “bier” pause we listened and enjoy an almost theatrical presentation from Christiane (@ChPhilipps) and Martin. The did a very nice talk about Kanban, Scrum and agile ideas.

As always a lot of communication and a very light confortable atmosphere.
